Short and Sweet Book Reviews # 342 - Truth or Dare by Fern Michales, Infiltration by A.K. DuBoff

Truth or Dare (Men Of The Sisterhood #4)Truth or Dare by Fern Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have read some of the sisterhood books but this is the first of the Men of the sisterhood. It was great fun. Cyrus is a hoot and adds even more fun to the story. The plot is full of danger and is something that is current. Child abduction and sale is something most of us do not run into but we know it happens. The Men come to the rescue when they find 3 small children who have escaped from child abduction.
This has danger and tension and great characters. I enjoyed meeting this group and seeing how they operated.

Infiltration (Mindspace Book 1)Infiltration by A.K. DuBoff
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Infiltration is a very well written book. Each of the characters are interesting and have certain unique personality traits. I loved Captain Kira Elsar. She has it all together and does a very good job carrying the story. It starts with a dangerous raid and builds from there. The main problem is solved so the story would be complete if the last scene were cut. That scene sets the stage for the next book. There were times when I would have liked a little more world building and back story. If I had read the previous series that would not have been a problem. Even so this works well standing on its own. I am looking forward to the reading the rest of the series.

I received a free copy of the book in return for an honest review.
